Retarded Criminals

So, by some sheer luck my car was broken into on the one day I've every forgotten to lock my car.

Of the things taken,
  • $25 - cell phone charger for the car
  • $40 - bluetooth headpiece
  • $20 - spare change in the change holder
  • $8 - kitty litter (??!)

Things they left:
  • $100 - programming books in the back seat
  • $texas - paystub that had my checking account number on it
  • $18,000 - Drivers manual for my car that has the codes to make spare keys that I had brought into my car the day before.
  • $20~ - WoW CD
  • $20 - sunglasses

What a fucking retard. I can guarantee it was kids as there was a particularly shady neighbor that moved in to one of the vacant apartments and they have some whankster-cracker kids. File a police report and after arguing with the police operator over the phone for like 20 minutes over if I knew what a circle was I almost flipped out at him. Yeah I live on a lane that's also part of a circle, however my address is the same on both of them. I almost wanted to hire the kid who stole my shit to go stab this cop.
  • Cop - "Do you know what a circle is?"
  • Me - "I live on the lane, it's part of the circle though too."
  • Cop -"Well I don't have the lane on my computer."
  • Me -"Okay, so send them to the circle."
  • Cop -"But you said you lived on the lane, are you sure you know what a circle is?"
  • Me - "Jesus Christ, just send me the police report in the mail and I'll send it back so I can call my insurance within the next year."

So, SE++, have you ever run into retarded criminals and subsequently retarded police officers? I wish to know.

not a doctor, not a lawyer, examples I use may not be fully researched so don't take out of context plz, don't @ me

Because they are easily resold and worth a considerable amount of money.

That's what I was wondering. I mean even to a pawn shop where they'll likely sell my charger and headset they could easily get money for them.

But why just snatch not even $20 in coins and a charger and headset and leave everything else worth shit tons more. Still on the fence about the kitty litter though.

And of course I'm the retard that left my door unlocked. Not a usual habit of mine.
