I'm looking for a specific artist (Manga style, save yourself the trouble)

I remember reading an artist profile on her a while back (In Newtype, approximately 3 years ago in February-ish maybe). Or I think it was a her. I'm not positive.

What I am positive about was that she was awesome. But I feel kind of stupid asking this in the first place, because what I know about her style basically includes that she used large, overly detailed eyes. Just like any manga artist.

But the hair she drew was, while still manga style, far more detailed than most other artists bother with.

Most of the pieces of hers I saw portrayed characters in Victorian style dress, or, alternatively (to my dismay) goth loli. If it helps, I'm pretty sure she does cover art for Newtype like, a lot.

What stood out the most were her skin tones, which I really cant describe. At least not in a manner appropriate. The skin was young-looking, with warm shadows and undertones, perfectly blended. Looked like you could bounce a quarter off of it, for complete lack of a better expression.

If anyone has any idea who I might be talking about, can you point me in the right direction? I realize how vague this might be.

Edit: come to think of it, in her artist profile she was working through a picture of a witch. So if anyone remembers that.

*facepalm*

No, it was much more traditional than that.

I mean large eyes. Like...those big shiny ones with the huge, downward sloping upper eyelids.

Nobody? I'm not surprised, I guess. Sorry about letting this hit page 3. My laptop was, erm...stolen.
