I purchased a nvidia 9500GT from newegg on 12/28/08 where a $ 20 mail-in rebate was advertised. I went to newegg recently and only found this link http://images10.newegg.com/UploadFilesForNewegg/rebate/SH/EVGA4MIRsJan01Jan1509lt12.pdf which specifies purchasing the product from newegg between 1/1/09 and 1/15/09. This happens frequently, they run the same deal multiple times, but now I can't find a copy of the rebate that applies to my purchase.
Does anyone know where I could find a copy of the rebate form for newegg for the date I purchased the card? Should I mail-in the completed form for amazon and hope they don't care? Should I photoshop the two documents together to form the complete document I need but newegg will no longer provide, despite the fact the offer isn't expired? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
