Looking for the name of an old Flash game

You're a rabbit on a pogo stick. There's a giant mechanical spider chasing after you. The playing field is made up of hexagons coloured red, blue or yellow. The hexagons form a very long slope encircling a pillar (imagine a screw) You can press R, B or Y to hop to an adjacent hexagon of that colour. If there are multiple hexagons to hop to you'll hop to one of them at random. Some hexagons are cracked, and hopping on them will cause you to fall to the level below.

Does anyone know where I can find a game that suits this description?

    2nd hit of "pogo rabbit hexagon flash" on google, only it's not flash, it's java: Think Tint.
