Honestly your both wrong! indie comics are the way to go...

but if you have to choose i don't want my super hero to be to big of a pussy to kill the bad guy
marvel all the way

DC only has the watchmen in my opinion.

No. This is not a good thread.

[EDIT] I don't see this ending very well, but I'll bite. If you had asked me two years ago I would have said DC without a second thought. That's where all my favorite characters are. However, Marvel has published a lot of good things lately and DC... well, mistakes have been made. I doubt I'll ever stop being a DC fanboy, but Marvel is okay in my book.

If Algertman is getting a bad vibe, you know it's some shit.

Seriously, this is "Who would win between Superman and Thor?" all over again. It will only end in tears and wailing and gnashing of teeth.

When he dies, I hope they write "Worst Affirmative Action Hire, EVER" on his grave. His corpse should be trolled.

Honestly, I think it depends on which company you start with first. Like, my first comic was FF #243 - "Everyone versus Galactus!" That was enough to hook me for going-on-twenty-three-years, now.

And I like plenty of DC books - it's just that Marvel got me first. Both companies go thru cycles of crap.

There is only one way to solve this problem.

Time Traveling Cosmic God Killing Bullet.

I'm betting they could make DC at least 12.4% better if they fired Sean McKeever and Adam Beechen.

    EDIT FROM SERVO

this includes trying to claim that marvel/dc/oni/dark horse/whatever publisher you don't like sucks/has no good characters/is full of talentless hacks/whatever

these things are dumb and clearly untrue and you are dumb if you want to whine about it

Please read the rules thread! :):):)

Both companies publish a mix of good, average, mediocre and poor titles you're enjoyment of each depending of what you like in a story.

    There we go, threads over.

OP needs to learn how to read the rules.

Just in case this isn't all a poorly spelled troll, the correct answer is 'whichever suits my preferences better and has more titles I like to read.'
