Trying to Remember a Movie

So there's this movie that I remember watching several years ago, but I can't remember much more than a few scenes or what it was called and it's been bugging me for a long time.
It may or may not have been a Stephen King production, but I remember it was about a man stalking a woman, and there was a scene with some sort of struggle that ended with the man going over a balcony and ending up in a wheelchair. The (final?) scene was a point-of-view shot from the woman's perspective as the wheelchair-bound man stabbed her in the head, and then blood ran down the screen and I think the credits rolled.
I saw this movie a long time ago, and so I may be confusing some parts or combining parts of other movies with it, but hopefully you guys can help me. Thanks.
