I want to format my laptop, but I just recently realized that I dont actually have a windows disc to reinstall with. I've got an OEM Vista sticker on the bottom of the rig, but not an actual disc. What are my options?

You will have to create the CD through means of piracy or through legitimate means that I either don't know or wont talk about because the mods will burn me at the stake. Your pick.
