Help me convert an old, stupid phone codec file

I have about 10 WAV files I need to convert to .VOX - it's a codec made by Dialogic for phone formats. Why the program we HAVE doesn't include a converter, I don't know. I've tried about 10 different "converters" including Audacity and none of them are converting without sounding severely corrupted.

    Nevermind, fixed. For the record, I found Acarda's VoxConverter and it worked flawlessly.
