Worked 4 shifts, still no W-4

I just got a new job. I've worked four shifts, for a total of roughly eighteen hours, and still haven't filled out my tax information. When I asked my boss (and the business owner) about this during my third shift, he replied that I'd fill them out "eventually." This seems shifty as hell to me, I'm pretty sure it's illegal, and it kind of worries me that I, you know may not actually get paid.

Suggestions?

    These should have been filled out before you started working. Next time you're in tell him you want to fill them out now.

    fill it out yourself, hand it into your payroll department for them to complete and submit.
