its two months old, but i just dont need it like i thought i did. with it only being two months old im hoping i can take only a few hundred dollar loss on it. total everything was ~$2800 with a backpack carrying case.

i put it on ebay for a $2k starting price, and a $2500 buyout, plus a carrying case back pack (was $100) and an ipod nano remastered ($200)

its a good deal, but we all know how fucked you can get over selling slightly used electronics. should have made sure i really needed this thing.

I don't think anyone wanted to reply because, well, it's only two months old. Why not contact Alienware and see if you can return it? Barring that, mark it down 15% for the eBay auction. The $2K start/$2.5K BO is a fine idea, IMO.

It depends on the place. Several chain stores have no question returns of 15 - 30 days provided you still have all the original packaging, adn receipt. 60 days if pushing it though, but it is still worth a try.

ive had a few interested hits on it, and its only been online for ~20 hours. some asshole from nigeria used the "buy it now feature" and then obviously tried to scam me. cock ass. so i had to relist it, and then it got taken down because ebay thought $50 was "excessive shipping charges" which is retarded (as it turns out it will take ~$70 US) so then i just relisted it again, and have got 3 hits from more people trying to scam me, and 2 hits from people that are genuinly interested in buying it (paying through paypal)

im pretty sure ill be able to get the $2500 for it, which makes me happy, this plus the $1100 i get for living in alaska, and the ~$300 im selling my desktop for i should have enouph to get a really nice new Desktop, a crappy used laptop (for class) and a Zune/Ipod video, with a good chunk of money left over (maybe a wii + zelda?)

but now im just getting ahead of myself. fingers crossed.
