I've been having problems with my laptop performance whenever it's plugged in for charging. For example, when I'm playing any games on battery power, I'm getting 30+ fps, but whenver i plug in the charger it drops down to 5-6fps. I've gone to Vista's power options menu and increased plugged in performance to 100% but it still doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?
