I recently downloaded the Dawn of War 2 Beta from Steam, however when i click launch (im using steam) nothing actually happens, it brings up the usual box saying "preparing to launch Dawn of War 2" and then the box closes as it should, but then nothing happens... any idea's why this is?

But close down steam and open it up again (or reboot). It can be a bit stubborn sometimes. Outside of that, make sure the game downloaded properly by verifying the integrity of the game cache (right click on the game > properties > local files > verify)
