Weird E-Mail

So I just got an E-mail asking me to activate my Justin.tv account. Thing is, I had never heard of this site prior to this. From the Wiki entry, it doesn't seem like any sort of scam site, but obviously I haven't clicked the activation link.

Should I be worried about this/care at all, or assume some jerkass can't type and put the wrong e-mail in his registration field?

    The latter.

If you want an account, go sign up for a new one. If you don't know why you're getting an email from a commercial site you should go ahead and toss it in the trash.

You can probably find their email and let them know that you received the email erroneously if you're looking to be extra cautious.

Justin.tv is a streaming site pretty much like ustream. I use it often. It's just a mistaken e-mail so I wouldn't worry about it.
