slept wrong last night? easy way is to just soak a washcloth in hot water, wring it out and wrap it around your neck. also, take 2 tylenol.

Nah, didn't sleep wrong. I have like 5 pillows so that i never end up with my head at a dodgy angle. I dunno why my neck hurts but it does. I've got the warm cloth but don't have no Tylenol.

P.S: Kinda weird but it took me ages to figure out what your picture was Dunadan

That may be part of the problem right there. Most doctors recommend only one pillow.

Would be if they were stacked on top of eachother. They're all just splayed over the top of my bed, cause I tend to toss and turn a lot sometimes, so i cover the top of my bed with em so i never end sleeping off of a pillow

warm cloth, pain killers if you can get them, and lay down for a while, take a nap if you can, or just relax listening to soothing music.

Tylenol will help with pain, Ibuprofen will help with inflamation. You can safely combine the two.

I find that going to the gym and knocking out 30 – 45 minutes of cardio usually loosens my neck up.

I used to have severe (for my age) pain in my neck and upper back. Turns out one of my second cousins is a chiropractor. This worked wonders for me. I know a lot of people like to ridicule this profession. But, as with real doctors, it just matters who you use. I can tell you that during the years I had this issue, I experimented quite a bit with going/not going when in pain. Hands down any time I left it too long I wound up throwing my back out. Anytime I went ahead and went in, I didn't throw it out.

Look around the area for a chiro and you may be surprised how fast this issue is resolved.
