This is probably a long shot... like a really long shot...
Several years ago, someone... somewhere... posted an amazing pack they put together for T2. It consisted of a series of texture filters that gave Tribes 2 a very comic book sort of look. It looked almost cel shaded, but without the actual cel shading. The fact that it used filters instead of actual textures meant that it would work with custom textures as well.
If I remember correctly, they posted it on the planettribes forums. I've done some googling, and was actually going to go digging through the PT forums for the specific post that may or may not have been there, but they don't go back farther than 2005, and I know that this was a couple years earlier than that.
With T2 getting resurrected, I was hoping to find the pack and letting some other people know about it. I loved it back then, and I'd love to see it again. Any of you happen to know what I'm talking about? And if you do, do you happen to know where I can find it?
Anyone that can find this is hereby declared a god, and deserves their place is Tribes 2 history.

It's only been downloaded from fileplanet a handful of times. If you're playing T2, definitely check this out, it's awesome.
Also, reading on it, it appears I may have been wrong about the filter effect, but I could have sworn some of my custom skins got "toonified". I guess we'll see.
