Xbox Live having a stroke?

When I turned my 360 on she took awhile to get to the home screen where it informed me that some features are not responding and will be back when they are available. So I just have "My Xbox" and "Friends".

Anyone else getting this?

    But this is a normal occurence is what I mean. My box isn't just eating it's modem to spite me.
