Hey guys! I had this mix cd lying around and it had great music, however 5 tracks I really liked were not easily identifiable, so I uploaded a video with snips to them (I ripped the CD).

I have currently have had people identify these:

Track 1: Stork by Salvatore
Track 2: Faking the Books by Lali Puna
Track 3: KC Accidental by Broken Social Scene
Track 4: Neighborhood #3 (Power Out) by Arcade Fire
Track 5: I Had This To Say by The Clientele

Here's the vid:

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Everything has been identified, this is great! Thank you very much guys :)

Number 5 appears to be The Clientele - I Had This To Say if I should trust my googling of the lyrics.

I have tried to Google the lyrics to that song so many times, I vow down to your Google-fu.

    Amazing.

It took a bit of work actually. More than I expected. It liked me to some random persons last.fm account in which the mentioned the lyrics to "song #30" so I wasn't even sure if it is correct.

The first one is "Stork" by Salvatore, according to Shazam. :)

edit: (sounds like it from checking on iTunes store)

And until now I decide to come to the PA forums? You guys rock. Also, I've had that damn mixdisc for like 2 years.

And Salvatore seems to be quite rare, I'm going to have trouble with that one!

The iTunes store had it --- It was the only way for me to make sure Shazam wasn't lying :) I couldn't find it on Youtube at all.

Leoslyrics.com has a full text search of lyrics so I like to use that for finding out what songs are when I don't know the artist or song title.

I have heard that first track in my own playlist within the past couple of days, wish I could remember what it was now, good song. I'll see what I can do.

Track 1 is Stork by Salvatore. So says Shazam and so confirms iTunes.

Man, I'm really anti-anything-that-starts-with-an-i but I guess I'll have to grab that album from iTunes. Is it possible to de-author files or whatever from iTunes so I can have them as mp3s on my old style folders collection?

Burn it to a CD, or virtual CD, rip it back.

It doesn't need to be de-authed, iTunes lists it as iTunes PLus, which means it comes in MP3 form out of the box, so to speak.

iTunes Plus comes as an AAC, with your email and name embedded in it. However, it's a few easy clicks away to convert it to MP3, which also strips it of that infol

HOWEVER, Amazon has the track downloadable here, which, while still having your acct info, is a straight DRM free MP3 file.
