Playstation 3 Networking Speed Issues

So I hop into LittleBigPlanet the other day and the lag is painful as hell. Do you guys know what I can do to help my system along with the lag problems? UPnP is enabled and I'm running under NAT2. I've also unblocked the ports to the PS3, not DMZ'd yet but I can try that if you guys think its worth it. Ideally though I would prefer to just figure out what I need to run to let this thing fly online.

    I'm not really conversant with all the stuff you've already done. But first thing I would wonder is: Wired or Wireless?

    In my experience LBP is just laggy sometimes, there may not be anything you can do. (Various patches may/were supposed to fix this, but I haven't played it in a while so don't know if they did.)

    Do you have Media Server on? Turning it off may alleviate some of the lag. It's under Network Settings somewhere.
