few years back the paytv here had a few weekends of playing a season or two during the day on saturdays
few straight hours of cheers
then there was a long weekend and they showed the rest of cheers over a few days
which meant they didnt show anything else during that whole time
so id lie around watching cheers the whole day and then before goin to bed id put in a video and let it record through the night

according to wikipedia or maybe some other page i found, taurine can prevent and reduce the amount of fatty deposits on the liver which helps prevent obesity and apparently also helps alcohol get processed and reduces hangovers the next day
taurine is one of the main things in a bunch of energy drinks such as red bull
could somebody please read up on taurine and see if theres anything bad about it?
because all i found is stuff that sounds good and fancy medical terms i dont understand but also seem good
like it lowers blood pressure and then goes in your brain and helps different parts communicate with eachother and all this other great magical shit with no side effects
it is a natural thing in the body but what happens if you have a bunch
and why put a good thing in all these drinks but always include caffeine and shit which probably just negates it
i want a drink thats just heaps of taurine and everyone thinks its crazy but it doesnt actually wake you up but it helps your immune system and blood pressure and shit
