A bit obscure, but I need to find information regarding the nationality breakdowns of non-native nurses working in the Middle East. Does anyone have an idea as to where I would even start looking for information like that?

I doubt they have the exact statistic, but a good first place to look would be the Bureau of Labor Statistics. http://www.bls.gov/

It's probably too US-centric, but you never know.

Yeah, what I basically need is that but for countries in the Middle East.

If you can read Arabic, the information might be on the appropriate government's website. Otherwise, the UN might have specifics, but you'll have to dig through mountains of crap to find it.

You may be able to approach specialist medical recruitment firms or industry bodies, Trade Unions, such as they exist. They will have data on this, but whether or not it is complete or accessible by you are different questions.

They will be based all over the place - US/UK/Australia/NZ/Canada/Europe - and probably loads of other places too, no doubt. India/SE Asia would also export a fair amount of medical personnel as well.
