Need help designing a jersey

Alright. Well, as some of you may know, I play tournament paintball, and like most teams we have our own jerseys. Last year, when the economy wasn't imploding, one of our sponsors designed our jerseys for us. This company has went out of buisness, however, and now that they aren't around, we are expected to design our own, and put our sponsors on there. Sadly, none of us are very good artists, or to skilled with Photoshop. In the spoiler below, there will be a couple of examples of jerseys.
As you can see, they can all look quite different.
Here is a format for the jersey:
Our team name is "Fo2three Army", but getting a basic design is more important than lettering, at the moment.
I don't really have any ideas, and I'd love to see what you guys can come up with. Thanks for the help!
