Interest in a SE++ All-Star Dirty South Cook-Off?
Atlanta? New Orleans? Texas? (note: I'm including Texas as a courtesy. No one with any taste goes to Texas for food, especially BBQ.)
I'm thinking maybe June-July time-frame. This will give the plebes time to save their lawn-mowing money for PAX proper. Rough plan at the moment is to rent a decent sized house somewhere with a nice backyard and grill. SPend a fri-sun gorging ourselves in many, many, many dishes and establishing a true cooking champion. All the while enjoying coolers of beer and liquor and good company.
What say you public? Toss some ideas out. Lets see if this can be done.
