20/20 About to do a segment on GameStop's defective merch policy...
In about 4 minutes, 20/20 is going to do SOMETHING about GameStop. I just saw it in a commercial. They said something about 'exposing companies who sell you things that don't work, and what to do about it.' and showed a guy going into a GameStop, and trying to return something.
No idea how long the segment is, but I found it interesting. Sorry if this thread doesn't really go anywhere, but I thought some people may want to catch this and couldn't find a good thread to add the info in.

I've been watching it and theres been pretty much nothing about Gamespot. One of the guys they had interviewed got a defective PS3 from Gamestop or something, it isnt nearly as interesting as it looked, it definitely does not focus on Gamestop in any way shape or form. It's more what you can to to get results from companies that rip you off and then ignore you when you try to go to them to get things set straight.
