Thinking of getting an external monitor for my laptop

So I know there is a TV thread but wasn't sure if this belonged there. if it does I will post there.

Looking for an external monitor for my macbook but have no idea what to look for.

All I know is I would like to spend under 200 dollars.

So looking for suggestions for a good bang for your buck monitor for my macbook

Would be nice I could watch stuff in HD on it, but its sole purpose would be to extend my workspace.

Its a new macbook so it has a mini-display port, but there are adaptors and such for other inputs

Is there a size requirement? I know you said 200 dollars, but is there a "max" size that you can have to fit in an enclosed space?

$159 (shipping probably adds another $40)

That one would be good, but shipping would add a lot to that, so it'll be about $250.

Out of those the LG one is the best. I'm not a fan of SOYO's. And between the LG and the Acer, the LG has better specs.

Just thought i would update this. I had to run to frys to get an HD enclosure and ended up walking out with the 19"version of the LG i listed.

pretty stoked though i haven't unpacked it yet
