Yeah I've seen it. It's cool but I still wish there was something easier. Having to input current and theoretical stats is tedious. I don't play WoW to do math...
RAWR supports Enchance Shaman gear models. I'd get the newest release from the Releases tab (2.2.0b4), as the improvements it added are phenomenal.
Once you have it unzipped, run it, go File -> Load From Armory, put in your character name and realm, and load it. At that point you have a nice sheet with all your gear, and enchants, and a list of what is considered an upgrade. It has more stats then most people could ever care about, but it's not -too- cluttered. If nothing else, just look at the gear-list on the right, and see what item is ranked higher.
You can also fine tune it by telling it "I'll always have these raid buffs", so it can be more accurate for your situation.
HATE: Losing another fucking Immortal attempt on Gluth of all things. Not RNG on Kel'Thuzad.. not Sapphiron bugging out... Oh no, it was one of our goddamn tanks and/or the shamans dropping totems just utterly failing at his job. Just lovely.
And once Immortal is fucked then I don't even want to try anymore. Why should I help get other people's achievements if they can't pay fucking attention to get the one that I still need. And at this rate I don't think I'll get.
Edit: Okay I don't REALLY mean that but I really have no patience for wiping repeatedly on Thaddius just to get Shocking while I'm already pissed off myself.
This is all Ghostcrawler's fault, somehow!!! (Hate): My guild decided to attempt "The Immortal" for the first serious time tonight. We got to Kel'Thuzad without any problems. We got Kel'Thuzad down to about 5% health without any problems. And then one of our Off-Tanks, busy fondling himself while tanking two stupid adds, stood in a fissure and died.
This guy is a highly respected member of the guild, who I have never seen responsible for such a huge botch, but god damn! We were so damn close, and that is such a stupid way to blow it. Oh well, maybe next week.

KT Frostbolted a dude for 25k after the first MC. Which is technically controllable, people just weren't on the ball. Still, I wanted to kill myself it was so fucking unfair.
WWS looked like this:
Timestamp: Person X gains Chains of Kel'Thuzad
Exact same timestamp: Person Y's dot tics.
Kel'thuzad "I'm a chargin' mah lazers!"
1/1000 of a second later: Tank taunts KT. It doesn't matter because the laser is already being charged.
No one interrupts -> dead, ruined Immortal.
This is after surviving a D/C on Heigan. While the week before, someone D/Ced between the time they hit yes on the ready check and the time the boss was pulled, and thus they were out of range for heals, or no one realized it, or something.
Again, not sure if that's controllable, since he was kind of far away from being spam healable.
I think the problem with the no-death achievements is that fucking up means you have to wait another week. Most of the other raid achievements will let you bang your hang against them until one of you yields.

Yep. Combine that with an unspecified and potentially soon deadline on getting Glory finished and you have a real problem.
Someone was trying to compare needing 6 minute Malygos to the handful of us who still need Immortal. Like, no, I'm sorry, but if we're not on track for 6 minutes, we can easily wipe and try again all night. Immortal, you get one per week. And how many weeks are left? Meh.
Hate: If anyone has the address of the person who itemized T8 Ele shammy set, can you PM it to me so I may mercilessly beat them to death with a 9-iron? Thanks.
MT eats a frostbolt because melee didn't interrupt. MT drops to 25%, all healers are distracted and blow their instant heals; half a second later, KT frostblasts an 80% health ret paladin. Reaction time and cast time on heals = lol, dead.
On the 'bright' side, KT then mind controlled one of our add offtanks, whose charges immediately ran into the raid and killed three other people, so there's some solace in knowing we would have been fucked anyway.

except the two times we missed it by less than 5 seconds which is far too late to wipe it

I forget if his MC is on a strict timer or not, but shouldn't there just be one dude whose job it is to relentlessly watch target of target, and interrupt a bolt when the target is not the tank?

What about it makes you angry? Is it the haste, or the mp5? I don't know enough about shaman to say about haste, but if it's the mp5 keep in mind that mana regen is nerfed in 3.1 and you may actually need it. They're not itemizing for live wow, but for 3.1 wow.

Sounds like us last night.
GM made a comment about going for Immortal at the beginning of the run. Murphy's ears perked up, and he decided the best way to screw with us on this one would be having one of the understudys on Instructor break free and go rampaging through the healers.
We did get the 4 horseman achievement later, and spent the rest of the night trying to do shocking. Luckily we had it down to only one or two people being a problem.

I don't think they touched shamans regen, did they? I thought they were the class they were trying to model the rest of us around.
Elemental just doesn't need that much mp5, unless fights last drastically longer in Ulduar. Between replenishment and the mildly hilarious amount of mp5 that elemental gets from talents/water shield, it just isn't needed.
It's sort of like how in burning crusade, elemental shamans wearing 5/5 T6 were over the talented hitcap, without any other hit gear. Just a dumb allocation of item budget.

Happy: Varelus of the Nightfall, bitches. Only took around 3 wipes or so to get it down. I thought initially healing it between my resto shaman and a resto druid would be dicey, but actually it looked more controlled and calm than when my wife's priest was doing it last week with a holy pally. We didn't run out of mana, in any case.
Hope: 6 minute Maly before 3.1 hits, to snag my plagued drake.
Hate: Still trying for that elusive second Immortal run. Someone fucks it up on Thaddius every time. I feel really bad for the people who weren't in the first night we managed to get it.

Unless those T6 items were all best in slot there's no reason to wear more than four of them, though, I guess.
They seem to want us to have to choose between alot of similarly good items, rather than just load up our tier sets and not have to think about it.

Six minute malygos was a lot less stressful for us because the strategy essentially isn't up for debate, and you get a forced 5 minute break between attempts (fuck you heroism cooldown) to grab a drink or go /patchnotes. You just keep lining up at him until P2 goes smoothly, and eventually it does.

and hope that you dont have an attempt where you are too slow to make it, but too fast to wipe
That doesn't really seem to happen on tens the way it can on 25s. If it's close enough that it could, you were probably planning to kill him anyway, cause the difference is less than five seconds.

This, pretty much. We actually got it last night, because the GM threatened the next person to die/cross charges with losing their spot on any future raids. Needless to say, we got the achievement. Leads me to:
Hate: Another week of Immortal shot. 4 horsemen. Warlock summons his pet. Pet is still on Agressive from Gothik. Runs right up into the bosses. Pull engaged. We actually manage to get people posistioned and into fighting the boss. Too little too late is it realized that not everyone is where they're supposed to be. This is realized when a Meteor Strike kills 2 people, due to not enough people being in position to soak the damage. We recover and finish the fight to utter silence in vent, aside from switches called out. That was our last boss before Saph/KT.
GM is finished with running 25-mans for achievements. Doesn't even want to go back in there. 10 straight weeks of trying. There was much rage..
Hope: He takes the advice some of us sat down and gave him last night after raid. Go into Naxx with 20 people, sit out the fucking retards that always seem to fuck something up, and profit. It's time to stop being a crutch for the bads. These achievements are silly and pointless and /epeen, but they are good at pointing out some severely blatent flaws in people, and it's very obvious that the list contains the same group of people.

If you're going to cut it that close then you should have called a wipe much earlier. Your RL's fault, not RNG.

Happy: Had it happened a minute earlier I would've lost ~80m (its a lot to me, at least) in assets in EVE. I docked just in time.

We got it done last night by about 5-6 seconds. With all the DoTs ticking, we had a few close call when the raid was dismounting to wipe.
How did we win? Sacrificing a gnome! Warlock applying a CoE and falling to his death is all sorts of win.
