Is this a problem that has to do with my Ram at all? I get a somewhat similar error when I shut down windows but it doesnt seem to effect anything.

That's just Dark Messiah being buggy.

If there was something wrong with your RAM, your computer probably wouldn't boot at all.

If you get something like that when you shut down Windows it isn't exactly normal and you should probably make sure you're free of any malware.

Yeah, it's just a software problem. Not a problem with your RAM.

Only thing I can tell you to do is to maybe reinstall the program, see if a fresh install makes it work.

Has it always had this error, or just recently?

I just installed the game tonight and went to boot it up and got this problem. The shutdown error has been happening for quite some time. I re-formated a couple months back because I thought it was a windows problem causing the error but I get it now still. I'll try out a re-install of M&M

A re-installed did the job. Turns out the other error I'm having is related to my linksys wireless card and doesnt really hurt anything.
