What movie was this? (Solved)

So maybe about a year and a half ago I watched this movie about time travel, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it. From what I remember, the movie was about two young engineers who come up with a way to travel back in time. The movie was definitely low budget and had a pretty indie feel to it. It also seemed to approach the subject from a more realistic point of view, and I found it pretty confusing. I would like to watch it again.

I really don't remember much about it, but hopefully this is enough information for someone out there... Any ideas?

Edit: I should add that I saw it on Movie Central, so it probably wasn't very new.

    If we're turning this into a general "what movie was this" thread, can you guys tell me a movie where the protagonist is being chased by cops or something, and he/she runs into a museum and pretends to be a tour guide? and they start describing a painting, and when the cops leave, our hero leaves to applause?

    Hmm I have seen something like that in Eurotrip. But that schtick has been used a bit.
