Can't think of a name

I'm trying to remember the name of a japanese poet during the Meiji era that killed himself while he was fairly young. I think his last work was about how the modernization of Japan was bad.

I need the name or an english translation of the poem.

    That might be the guy. I thought he was a little younger though.
