Favorite alcohol thread.
Various types of mead for me, followed by beer. I know, malty-bitter vs sweet-acid, right?
Captain Morgan's Private Stock is my favorite rum.
I can't stand vodka, and I'm unsure on gin or anything else.
Also I despise being drunk, it's a horrible experience and I avoid it as much as I can. I seem to be slightly allergic to hops so my alcohol intake when drinking beer is minimal (I do drink high-gravity beers though, so I'm hitting 10% ABV bottles); any time I haven't had a hop-containing beverage, I can guzzle alcohol and not feel a buzz, but I still drink pretty slow.
When my OB/Sage mead comes out and my Sourwood/Orange Blossom/Sage gets done there may be an issue with me constantly grinding the threshold of what I can drink without getting drunk... <_<;
