red cheeks

this is a very broad problem so i'll try to explain as best i can (im bad at explaining stuff...)

so anyway recently ive been noticing i have red cheeks very often. i have quite sensitive skin and had some serious eczema when i was a child. this has cleared but my skin can still become fairly dry expecially in winter (my knuckles have recently started to crack with dryness(yes i use a moisturiser)). no matter how calm i am i always have red cheeks. im fairly outgoing but over the past year ive found i sweat quite a bit more, often when im nervous or am standing for long periods and i blush quite alot when im embarrased, centre of attention or people who i dont normally chat to, talk to me. its been getting to me recently so i did a tiny bit of research and apparently cases of this can occur due to rosacea, eczema and well, blushing. and things ranged from not cureable (but treatable) to ETS - Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy. im also going to go see a gp or whatever you call them (local doctor) about this and see what they say, but id appreciate any advice or experiences youve had with this. thanks in advance.
