In the mood for some Tiger Woo [PGA Tour '09?]

I haven't played a PGA Tour game since '06, but some friends and I are buying a 360 for a mutual buddy and I'm looking to get one of the more recent games for us to all play together. How have recent outings been? Which one should I grab, and which versions still have servers active before EA shuts them down to make us buy the next iteration? :|

You're interested in tiger sex and are in the mood for it? You freak.

Edit - Dammit, forgot the "hoo" part. Aw.

...and I thought of how all those people died, and what a good death that is. That nobody can blame you for it, because everyone else died along with you, and it is the fault of none, save those who did the killing.

Apparently, it's less like Tiger Woo and more like Tiger Won't around these parts. :(

I was doing more research and saw that PGA Tour '09 got really good reviews, plus it's on sale at Toys R Us so I got two copies for $80. The biggest draw I see with online multiplayer in this version is that multiple people in one round all play the hole at the same time, instead of waiting individually for each player to shoot. While trash-talking is an important part of our circle's previous Tiger Woods experience, this will mean playing a round of 9 holes won't take three people two freaking hours to finish.

I was honestly kind of waiting for Tiger Woods 10 on Wii if the MotionPlus controls panned out, but playing with friends is really the more important aspect for me.

Kind of irrelevant, but I really like this ad.

Shouldn't it come with online play?

I think it will (Wii '09 did, IIRC), but like I mentioned above, a friend and I are going in together on buying a 360 for another friend. The Arcade is pitch perfect for this kind of situation, where he'll probably only be using it to play with us online.
