    Fight 5
A - Captain Nazi: As much as I like Shiva, there's been instances where she's been beaten but other non-superpowered folks.
    B - Green Goblin: The knock-off doesn't stand a chance against Norman.
C - Mastermind: Jason has kept the entire X-Men team in chaos and kept Jean Grey under a ruse for a while. Wish a lot of these fights were like this one though, Purple's a solid contender.
D - Gentleman Ghost: Well... he can't be hit. He'll just outlast Absorbing.

    Fight 6
A - Bullseye: Heh, the Blob is going to lose his eyes.
B - Grodd: Tougher fight without his psychic abilities, but in a cage match, he should still do fine.
C - Solomon Grundy: Being undead should negate Omega's tentacles and tough enough to stand the rest.
D - Deathstroke: Taskmaster's a bad ass, no denying it, but Slade's got so many other abilities, one of which being a tactician. Plus, they're in Batman's cave... he should be a little more at home.

    Bracket 5:

A: Lady Shiva - here's knives in your eyes.
B: Green Goblin - Hobby's more brutal, but Gobby's more clever.
C: Mastermind - I think the blanket illusions will turn Purple Man's orders against him
D: Gentleman Ghost - If he's REALLY a ghost, and I dunno if he is, he could possess Absorbing Man, and cause him to absorb the properties of oxygen, and dissipate into the airstream. the air would carry out of the canyon before he could reassemble, and he would be disqualified. Pretty neat, huh?

    Bracket 6:

A: Blob - This is really sort of a pity vote, but I think Blob, if he used his full potential, could wallop the hell out of Bullseye.
B: Grodd - He'd fuck the guy up, he's a huge gorilla with super strength.
C: Omega Red - I think his death factor would work on Grundy, it would just take longer than on a normal human. And I think he's good enough to hold him off until it does.
D: Deathstroke - One took out the Justice League, one took out the Avengers. This is a coin-toss match if I ever saw one, but I'm giving it to Deathstroke because he's smarter and more familiar with his surroundings here.

    Bracket 5

    a) Captain Nazi - He's loaded with hard hitting powers, and his name's Captain Nazi. He's good to go for the next round.
    b) Green Goblin - He does it all better and crazier. The Hobgoblins fun, but at the end of the day he's just a knock off.
    c) Mastermind - Fantastic fight, but at the end of the day he's just more versatile. No one will be able to find him, and it's only a matter of time before one of his soldiers shoots Purple Man from beyond the range of his powers.
    d) Absorbing Man - He fights Thor. The Gentleman Ghost's claim to fame is being fancy. At the end of the day, he can't really do anything to hurt Absorbing Man, and all he needs to do is slip up once to lose.

    Bracket 6

    a) Bullseye - The Blob's great, but he's taking a paperclip through the eye or a rubberband ball down the throat before he even knows what's going on.
    b) Tombstone - He's more of a brawler. The limit on Grodd's power will put him off his game enough to give Tombstone the edge.
    c) Omega Red - Baring a clarification I missed, Grundy's been more whipping boy than threat lately. I'll assume he's more at the Batman threat level than Superman, so Omega takes the win.
    d) Taskmaster - Too unpredictable, and his bag of tricks gives him an edge.

    a) Captain Nazi - How many Nazi's are in this tourney? Oh well, he has a higher power set than shiva. Can easily toss her off.
    b) Green Goblin - The original vs the pretender, I wonder who wins? Here's a hint: Hobgoblin was never the brightest bulb.
    c) Mastermind - Purple man doesn't realize he's sending his men to attack himself. oopsies.
    d) Gentleman Ghost - Monocle powers activate! Oh yeah, and being smarter than a bag of bricks helps.

    Bracket 6

    a) Bullseye - EVERYTHING IS A FUCKING WEAPON HOLY SHIT
    b) Tombstone - He's more down and dirty. Since Grodd can't use his best asset, Tombstone pulls out the win.
    c) Solomon Grundy - Want pants too! He'll tear up Red and Red can't do shit to drain Grundy.
    D) TASKMASTER - He's like fighting the Marvel U. and has that energy projector to boot. Can move faster than Deathstroke. It's a close, but Taskmaster wins this one.

    A) Captain Nazi - fuck, I don't know, I flipped a coin
    B) Green Goblin - Listen, you do not fuck with Norman Osborne.
    C) Mastermind - Can probably turn Purple Man's own machinations against him.
    D) Gentleman Ghost - He's got class going for him. And I don't think the Absorbing Man was ever classified as smart

    Bracket 6

    A) Bullseye - Blob just isn't smart enough to corral Bullseye, I think
    B) Tombstone - He's not just strong. Fucker's quick.
    C) Omega Red - He's just more versatile.
    D) Taskmaster - I think they're pretty evenly matched. So I'm going the pussy way out, and since I've never liked Deathstroke's costume, I'm going with Taskmaster. (Shut up, I wouldn't do this if Deathstroke was fighting the fucking Riddler or something)

    Fivers:
    1. Nazi, Dude got stabbed in the eyes with hypos and is still truckin'
    2. Norman, Arguably one of the greatest villians ever. Took the glider to the stomach, he can take Hob.
    3. Purps, fucked with Cage and lived.
    4. Gentleman Ghost, Creel is to goddamned asinine to take on refined manners. Also, Ecto Cooler.

    Sixas:
    1. Bullseye, took on Punisher-Lived. Murdock-Lived. Elekra-Lived. Parker-lived. Hit by a semi? Lived.
    2. Grodd. Anyone that can go toe to toe with a Flash deserves mention.
    3. Solomon Grundy, born on a Monday,
Christened on a stark and stormy Tuesday,
Married on a gray and grisly Wednesday,
Took ill on a mild and mellow Thursday,
Grew worse on a bright and breezy Friday,
Died on a gay and glorious Saturday,
Buried on a baking, blistering Sunday.
That was the end of Solomon Grundy.
    4. Taskmaster. As on the fence as I want to stay, I gotta give it to him. He just has more versitility in this fight.

A)Lady Shiva: Captain Nazi is a punk, Shiva will put him down.
B)Green Goblin: He's not only zany he KILLED GWEN!
C)Mastermind: His control over the soldiers will prove superior = victory.
D)Gentleman Ghost: I don't know him at all but he sounds more than capable of putting Absorbing Man down. Who isn't though really?

    Bracket 6

A)Blob: A tough one, but inside a store with no escape its only a matter of time before Blob manages to squash Bullseye.
B)Grodd: Tombstone is cool but Grodd is fucking Grodd yo.
C)Omega Red: More resourceful, more cunning(duh) and just more of a badass in the end.
D)Taskmaster: Deathstroke isn't a push over but Taskmaster just has that special something that will get the job done here. Very close fight.

    1. Lady Shiva: On one hand, he's a Nazi. On the other, she's a fucking goddess of combat, and didn't Catwoman take down Nazi?
    2. Green Goblin: O.G., what what
    3. Mastermind: Illusions.
    4. Gentleman Ghost: Ghosts are pretty damn scary, and he's pretty damn classy.

    bracket 6

    1. Bullseye: This.. Wow.
    2. Grodd: I must admit, I was convinced the moment I saw he was a gorilla. But even aside from that, I'm sure he could go all Congo on Tombstone
    3. Omega Red: Okay, he's born on a monday, but Omega Red's pretty much cooler than every day of the week. Maybe not wednesday, but still.
    4. Deathstroke: the god damned Terminator. A good fight it'll be, but Mr. Wilson comes out on top in the end.

B)Green Goblin: Any goblin after Green is just the poor-mans version of the real thing.
    C)Mastermind: C'mon...just C'mon.
D)Gentleman Ghost: I really like Absorbing Man...but there isn't shit someone can do to a ghost.

    Bracket 6

    A) Bullseye - Banana down the throat, hell any item is a weapon to Bullseye.
B)Grodd: Grodd is Grodd. He'll win simply because he's much smarter.
C)Omega Red: Has no problem ripping an old ladies head off and cramming it down Solomon's throat. Plus he's Russian.
D)Taskmaster: Taskmaster has far too much versatility and combat skills to be taken down by...almost anyone outside of "omega level" mutants/superheroes.

A)Lady Shiva Because a guy called "Captain Nazi" is pretty much custom made to have the shit kicked out of him.
B)Green Goblin You can't beat the original.
C)Purple Man I think his mind control will be able to override MM's illusions.
D)Gentleman Ghost Smarter and a ghost, but most importantly Classier.

    Bracket 6

    A) Bullseye One of the people best skilled to take out the blob.
B)Grodd I don't know what to say, he's a super strong highly intelligent gorilla. That seems like reason enough.
C)Omega Red Grundy is far too inconsistant in his power levels. And Omega would easily out maneuver him and tear him apart anyway.
D)Taskmaster Deathstroke will have a very hard time predicting Taskmaster's movements with him switching styles around.

    A)Bullseye - YOU'LL SHOOT YOUR EYE OUT.
    B)Tombstone. I dislike Grodd.
C)SOLOMON GRUNDY. WILL TAKE OMEGA REDS PANTS.

    Match 5:

A.Lady Shiva: Shiva 10 kunai in the Nazi's eyes, if Catman can do I assume someone that is consider one of the top martial artist in DC could do it with ease

B.Hobgoblin: Green Goblin is all tricky and crazy, but Hobs gets down to buisness faster, his whole thing is he's norm without the obessesion, not as wacky brain smarts, but I imagine he also won't have a lot of elaborate things to tell Norman has he skewers him

    C. Mastermind: Just can't vote for a rapist, of any kind, plus Mastermind is soooo much smarter than Kilgrave and stylish to boot

    D. Gentleman Ghost: So much smarter than Absorbing Man, love his power set, look and demeanor

    Match 6:
A.Bullseye: Eyes, Ears, Mouth, all chocked filled with anything and everything that Lester can get his hands on

    B. Grodd: Flash villians get auto votes from me

    C. Solomon Grundy: Guy could probably tear Omega Red in two

    D. Taskmaster: one of my favorite villains of all time, one of my picks to go really far, guy has it all, is super fast, and if Captain America can take Deathstroke I assume Taskmaster will have no problem putting Slade down either.

A- Shiva: Captain Nazi is a horrible name, Captain Communism and Captain Capitalism would also lose this match, no matter what their super powers.

B- Green Goblin: Old school wins.

C- Mastermind: His abilities can counter any and everything Purps does.

D- Stalemate. If Ghost ever goes corporeal, he loses.

    Bracket 6:

A- Bullseye: Throws office supplies in the blob's nostrils and mouth/throat, causing him to choke to death.

    B- Grodd: /shrug

C- Omega Red: Tentacle through the eye to the brain= losing Grundy. Also, we have no idea what level Grundy is at, and that makes for bad future matches.

D- Taskmaster: He's not retarded and he is more skilled than Deathstroke. Lack of planning time means Slade loses.

A - Shiva: Haven't a clue about either, but Captain apparently can be taken out by tramps and winos. And Catman.
B - Green Goblin: Beats his pale imitation.
C - Purple Man: Commands everyone on the base who isn't Mastermind to commit suicide and destroy their weapons, then hunts down Mastermind and beats him to death with a shovel.
D - Absorbing Man: Because I'm really tired of the 'can go intangible' get out clause.

    Fight 6
A - Bullseye: Ballpoint pen to the eye.
B - Grodd: In a straight cage match Grodd is stronger and will come out on top.
C - Omega Red: The pheromones won't affect Grundy, but it's not the only weapon Red has in his arsenal.
D - Deathstroke: For all of Taskmaster's vaunted powers he still gets beaten up by second-stringers like Moonknight and Spider-Woman.

A- Lady Shiva: She has taken down superpowered people with ease. Also, Captain Nazi is a huge tool, an idiot, and he got himself hurt by Catman and fucking killed by the Red Hood. Lady Shiva is more dangerous and skilled than the both of them put together.
B- Green Goblin: Yeah, pretty devious and stuff.
C- Mastermind: He can easily turn Purple Man's powers and tactics around against him.
D- Gentleman Ghost: Kicked the ass of the JSA, much smarter than Absorbing Man, can't be touched by him. And Absorbing Man can't absorb the powers of non-constructed beings.

    Bracket 6:

A- Bullseye: Knife to the eye.
B- Grodd: Much smarter and stronger than Tombstone. Seriously. Tombstone can barely lift a car or some shit, Grodd can do that easily.
C- Grundy: There's not a whole lot that Omega Red can do to Grundy. Pheromones don't work, and Grundy is generally much stronger than Omega Red.
D- Taskmaster: Much, much more versatile, and a much, much better fighter because, fuck, he's a fucking monster when it comes to fighting skill.

A: Bullseye. Blob is one of my two noms, but I gotta go for the rubber ball to the throat here.
    B: Grodd. Stronger and smarter.
C: Omega Red. Without more specifics on how strong Grundy is now, I'd say Red's tentacles and somewhat smarter brain gives him the advantage.
    D: Taskmaster. He's so dreamy.

A - Capt. Nazi: In the comics he was a villain for Capt Marvel for God's sake!
B - Green Goblin: Classic coke beats New coke
C - Mastermind: I think he is more clever than Purple Man. That's what he does man! Screw with people!
D - Gentleman Ghost: Took on the whole JSA. Can summon ghosts, fly, and it seems like his attacks can ignore "armor".

    Bracket 6
A: Blob: I have seen the guy get sliced by magic swords! And what did he do? Held them in his fat, grabbed the two guys slicing him and smashed them together. BE may pike him full of holes, but I think he eventually gets his hands on him and snaps him in two.
B - Grodd: Way more agility, and has feet he can use like hands!
C - Grundy: I don't thin Reds powers will work. Grundy gets ahold of a tentacle, and slams red back and forth like a buggs bunny cartoon
D - Deathstroke: I just think his brain will pull him through. But man, I would have loved for both of these guys to move on.

    Bracket 5:

A- Lady Shiva: When in doubt, I find it easiest to agree with Spectre-X. I don't know much about either character, but from what I gather from the pre-fight debate is that Shiva would win.
B- Green Goblin: In a fight where they're evenly matched, Green Goblin wins for being a far crazier and smarter form of evil. He will fuck up Hobgoblin in ways we can't even imagine.
C- Purple Man: It just seems to me that direct control over peoples minds is > illusions. As long as he plays his cards right, he wins. He just has to be as smart or smarter than Mastermind.
D- Gentleman Ghost: He'll do you proper.

    Bracket 6:

A- Bullseye: This is so one-sided it's sad.
B- Gorilla Grodd: Not only stronger, but a lot more intelligent. He'll outfight Tombstone no problem.
C- Solomon Grundy: Assuming his average level of strength, of course. Grundy gets tricky with his
D- Deathstroke: The only reason I'm giving this to Deathstroke is the homefield advantage. He wouldn't win against Taskmaster in a straight-up fight, but Slade has a much better idea of what toys Batman has and how to use them.

    Match 5:
A: Captain Nazi - He's like.... Nazi Superman.
B: Green Goblin - As much as I hate Norman, he's the original
C: Purple Man - Purple Man will find a way, He's just so brutal.
    -edit-
Or as Bogart put it.... "Commands everyone on the base who isn't Mastermind to commit suicide and destroy their weapons, then hunts down Mastermind and beats him to death with a shovel. "

D:Gentleman Ghost - Brute Force VS a Ghost....

    Match 6:
A: Bullseye - HES IN AN OFFICE. Basically a full armory for him.
    B: Tombstone- Tombstone rocks.
C: Omega Red - Red is pretty badass, he fucks up Wolverine for fuck sakes.
D: Taskmaster - Taskmaster is the shit, he can do anything

    Fight 5

A - Lady Shiva - she will make short work of Captain Nazi in this one
B - Green Goblin - Always go with the original.
C - Purple Man - From what I've read in the debate threads, I will have to give it to him
D - Gentleman Ghost - Absorbing Man, with all of his potential, can be outsmarted very easily. Not the smartest of villians unfortunately.

    Fight 6

A - Bullseye - No way he loses to the blob. He will find a paperclip and kill the Blob
B - Tombstone - Gorilla is really limited on his powers here, and be out of his element.
C - Solomon Grundy - I was also born on a Monday. Tis true.
D - Deathstroke. Probably the toughest choice here, but this was my initial thought, and I'm gonna stick with it.

I agree. Except for 5A. Vote goes to Shiva on that one. She can take Captain Nazi without breaking a sweat.

    Bracket #5

A - Captain Nazi: He has superstrength and can fly. She doesnt, and can't. I know this guy is no brain surgeon, but he should be smart enough to just drag her off the side of the Helicarrier and drop her.

B - Green Goblin: In a fight where both guys have very similar powers and weapons, you give the W to the crazy one.

C - MasterMind: Pretty evenly matched, but I just think MM's version of the mindfuck powers work a bit better.

D - Absorbing Man: If this guy can take shots from Thor and not go down, GG is going to have a hard time even hurting him. Also, I don't want to see a repeat of the "Shadowcat debacle". Intangibility powers are fucking stupid in head-to-head fight contests.

    Bracket #6

A - Bullseye: Watching a fat guy choke to death on a mess of paperclips and rubber bands would probably be pretty damn funny.

B - Tombstone: Without his mental powers, Grodd is just a smart, strong gorilla. Unimpressive. It would come down to trading punches, and Tombstone could take a lot more punishment than Grodd.

C - Omega Red: Solomon Grundy, born on a --- OH SWEET CHRIST, there's a tentacle in my eye! It's going through my fucking head!

D - Taskmaster: Versatility and power-duplicating machine too much for Deathstroke to handle.

    Bracket #5

A - Captain Nazi: On a heli-carrier + can fly. Besides, he could probably just destroy the helicarrier's ability to airborne and he'd be the only one to survive the resulting crash.

B - Green Goblin: ACCEPT... NO... SUBSTITUTE!!!

C - Purple Man: Mastermind may be powerful, but you do NOT mess with the purple man!

D - Absorbing Man: He fights THOR. Plus, intangibility powers are the second lamest powerset in comics, right behind 'probability manipulation(scarlet witch/longshot)". Bleh... LAME!

    Bracket #6

A - Bullseye: Blob is a bruiser but he's stupid and 3 seconds after the fight begins he'll be blind. It's gonna take a while for bullseye to kill him, but he'll do it. Damn thats gonna be messy.

B - Grodd: Monkeys make me laugh. Tee hee

C - Omega Red: I don't really like omega red but grundy's powers vary WAY too much. I'm just gonna assume he's at a low power level so we don't have to fucking speculate anymore.

D - Taskmaster: If they were starting really far apart in the batcave then Deathstroke probably could have hid and killed taskmaster with a suprise attack since he knows the place better. Taskmaster's my boy, though, so I'm gonna assume they start within sight of each other. Taskmaster will take him apart piece by piece in a straight up fight.

A - Lady Shiva - Better than Catman
    B - Green Goblin - So crazy
C - Purple Man - Tossup here. I like Purple Man better.
D - Gentleman Ghost - Not an idiot.

    Fight 6

A - Bullseye - All the way, baby
B - Tombstone - Grodd'd win if he was allowed to use his powers
C - Solomon Grundy - Zombie plant dude is pretty awesome
D - Taskmaster - Look this is a physical battle, and Taskmaster is a better fighter.

A - Lady Shiva- The way this forum goes, Hitler in a monkey suit would best the rest of the villians. This is a vote against the Third Reich and for good old fashioned assassin ladies.
B - Green Goblin - If he can ruin Spiderman's Life for 30 years while being dead, he can certainly ruin Hobgoblins shit.
C - Mastermind - Is a vote for hot red heads in quasi bondage gear.
    D - Gentleman Ghost - A vote for class.

    Bracket 6

A - Bullseye - I love the Blob, but he'd need to land on Bullseye to even have a chance, and he'll be blind and choking by then.
B - Grodd- Monkey in a cage, come on. That's home field advantage right there.
C -Grundy - Is an unkillable zombie tree thing. Completely immune to anything that Omega Red can dish out.
D - Deathstroke - Is a vote for Ron Pearlman. How this hasn't been a factor, I'll never know.

    Fight 5

A- Lady Shiva: With all the Superman analogues running around the DCU, every villain is at least a little prepared to fight the invulnerability/strength/speed combination of abilities. Shiva, moreso than anyone else, will have a sound strategy just for such a fight.

And it's Captain Nazi, who has already been beaten by two non-metas. He doesn't have a chance against the strongest non-meta fighter in the world.

B- Green Goblin: Rather than being a mere mercenary, Norman will kill you and then knock up your girlfriend. Hobgoblin's screwed.

C- Mastermind: Cast an illusion to change Purple Man's commands and the people under his command will hear "Shoot Purple Man," and do just that.

D- Gentleman Ghost: Creel's only good for smashing, and smashing isn't a sound strategy for fighting a ghost.

    Fight 6

A- Bullseye: The environment is clearly suited for him. Tons of tiny items designed to capitalize on Blob's vulnerabilities and no way for Blob to even catch the speedier Bullseye.

B- Grodd: Both are super-strong, but super-strong means more for a gorilla than it does for a street thug. Tombstone isn't invulnerable either. His skin may be tough, but shattering his bones should be no problem.

C- Grundy: Red is reliant on powers that'll have no effect on an undead plant. Before he can design a new strategy, a big chalky hand is wrapped around his head.

D- Taskmaster: Evil Batman needs time to prepare, especially for an opponent as versatile as this.
