I very much want to find a new PC RPG to play, and since I recently had a birthday and received gift cards out the ass, I thought now would be a good time to look.

I enjoyed the moral decision-making style of The Witcher and Fable, so if you can think of any other games in that same vein, that would be super-awesome, but I am open to anything good.

Thanks!

I can highly recommend the first sequel to Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer. Nearly every decision you make in that game will have an impact on events later in the game.

Drakensang just came out (that new RPG based on Das Schwartze Auge/The Dark Eye). It's pretty vanilla, and a bit cumbersome if you aren't good at deciphering pen and paper RPG mechanics, but other than that, it's pretty decent.

Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 if you've never played them, amazing games even if you're not a huge Star Wars fan. The second has much more depth in the whole 'moral quandary' department. If you'd be willing to sift around for an old game, I'd really recommend Planescape: Torment for another game that lets you feel the consequences of your actions, it's an old classic, arguably the greatest RPG ever made, just be prepared to do a lot of reading.

Edit: Oh and if you're willing to wait for another month or so, Dragon Age: Origins looks really promising, supposedly decisions you make will initiate very drastic changes in the plot.

If you don't have a 360 and haven't played it on that, try Mass Effect.
