Connecting to an access database on the internet

I created an access database I want my employees to be able to access through our website. My website is with godaddy.com, I have already done number 3 now how do I set up a web page or some sort of log in my employees can get to and be able to load data into the database? I guess what I want is to create a web page with ASP or ASP.net functions so my users can access the database. How hard is this for someone with no programming knowledge?
