Help finding older PAX/PA video

I've been searching for the last hour or so through the news posts from the last 5 years trying to find the link to a particular video.

I am almost positive it was a (unofficial?) PAX trailer type thing. At one point it has Jerry and Mike on stage and Mike says something to the effect of "Don't worry if you're in high school, out here we run shit." I've tried Google, YouTube and just straight up searching through news posts with no luck. I even found a comic from '05 which used "Outside these walls, we run shit" as the third panel but I'm positive this was in a video at some point.

Does anyone have a link to this video stashed away or remember what year of PAX it was? It's driving me crazy.

I believe it wasn't from PAX, but from them visiting an actual High School. Spokane maybe? Not 100%.

I strongly remember him saying that at one of the PAX's.
It's a good line, so it's quite possible he used it elsewhere.
