The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
My Friends and I are planning to drive down to Seattle for the Pax convention but have no money for a hotel, we are planning to sleep in our van but I dont know what the rules for convention parking are, i'm hoping someone who was there last year can fill me in on these questions.
Is the parking garage open 24/7, or till how late?
Is there a parking fee?
Is there limited parking, will we be able to get a spot?
Is there any US/Washington laws that prevent sleeping in vehicles?
Is there any convention site rules that prevent sleeping in vehicles?
Thanks for your help.

This is a bad idea, and you will likely get picked up by Seattle police for doing it.
If you are low on cash, maybe you sould consider the Green Tortoise

Agreed. Also, please remember to shower over the weekend. Sleeping in the car leaves no room for personal hygiene.
You might want to contact them about sleeping in your vehicle. Any opinions here will likely be negative, as most people at PAX don't appreciate smelly attendees.
