Xbox 360 HDMI sound loss

Ok, so today I started up my xbox, and it had no sound. I checked the cables and connection points for the HDMI cable. The normal television works fine and has sound. I've had the new xbox experience since it came out, and I have had no problems. Any ideas?

    Switch the power up order and try it again, ie if you started xbox first before switching to the hdmi port, do it the other way. Sometimes mine does the same thing and I just to swap from HDMI2 (xbox) to HDMI1 (pc) to HDMI2. Also make sure you are connected to live for the latest update, I know they fixed an HDMI audio issue in the last month or so.
