What was the name of that movie

There was this really depressing movie about two teenage girls, one teenage girl was fine, but met this kind of punkish girl and then they both went through a downward spiral. There was this scene where one of the girls pierces the other girl's belly with a needle.

The movie title had a number in it I believe.

can anyone help me?
