Configuring a Win2003 Time Server

I went on the Win2003 server and made the registry changes for setting up time services on a domain (using directions found here: http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Configuring-Windows-Time-Service.html ) . The change does not seem to be propagating to the clients, however. It is configured using an external source. What am I missing?

    nm. it took effect overnight. i guess it just takes a little while to kick in.
