I don't have much information on the film in question but it looked a lot like a shameless rip of the tekken games. Apart from that the only other lead I have is that I saw the trailer for the film on the DVD Iron Monkey(1993). It's a long shot but does anyone out there happen to have the Iron Monkey DVD and know what film I'm thinking of? It's driving me nuts.

I have Iron Monkey DVD that was released in North America, so not sure if it would have the same trailers (especially since all trailers were either Jackie Chan or Jet Li). I believe this was the Quintin Tarantino Presents version for it has an interview with him on it.

Ah alas the copy I rented was region 2 and had a lot of trailers with Sammo Hung and some other people I've never heard of.
