Hey everyone, I was here a bit ago asking about my elbow pain and if anyone has had the same deal, but now I am wonering if anyone has personally gone though something called Prolotherapy. And if not, perhaps it will be some good info for some of you to check out if you suffer from similar pain.
What it basically is is a mixture of sugar and other ingridients (some medicinal, some not) to basically inflame the problem spot in your body. In my case, my right elbow tendon. Over time, this actually streghtens your tendon instead of only releaving the pain. The shots apparently hurt a lot, but i read online in a certain study that 67% of the people that went through the treatment had NO pain after all the injections, and only 27% had minor pain.
I write this to help, and on a more personal note, I have been dealing with this pain for years, and after nothing has worked, this seems like a HUGE hope for me.
