Choppy fullscrean video?

So when I am watching full screen, streaming video (like porn), I get some choppy-ness after an arbitrary amount of time. When i disable dwm.exe out of my processes, it goes away. Though I am pretty sure this is windows x64's window minimizing and maximizing graphical functions.
The weird part is, when I watch a DVD movie using windows media player, it is completely fine. I'm just perplexed what the problem is. I know it can't be my video card because it plays tf2 flawlessly.
