Button Assistance Requested

Hi!

I would like to make buttons for PAX this year, but I'm horrible at creating things myself or editing images in photoshop. I am hoping that some of you talented artists can help me!

I would like to combine my avatar with my love of the demoman class in TF2 for my 'bonus button.' My friend MrDelish made a really cool image that I think would look awesome cell-shaded (at the suggestion of another friend of mine), and I would like to change the text.

I would like my name 'Snappy' to be somewhere on the button (it can be small if need be), and I would like the larger text to say 'UUUUBER!' You can work off the design created by MrDelish (I received his permission), or you can go crazy and come up with something new. I'm open to all designs!

So let me break down what you're saying: "Hey I don't know you people or care to know anything about you, but I would like you to cut into your free time to do art for me at no charge, would you be interested?"

Yeah I don't think people are going to be exactly falling over themselves to help.
