What do Gabe and that other guy actually do? Just a simple question that's started bugging me.

I realize they seem to work closely together but beyond making comics for this website and the T-shirt section i can't imagine what their source of revenue is.. is it some magical company that destroy's demons for cash? or is it something simpler? I must know!!! Tell me?

    I think they mentioned their income source in a comic once. Something like companies pay them money to mention their products on the site as a form of advertising

    Ad revenue, book revenue, sell prints and posters, and T-shirts. I imagine that ad revenue off the main site makes up most of their money.

    I'm pretty sure they're busy people, especially with their non-profit commitments too, they have Child's Play and that Education Scholarship. Probably other local things too.

    hmm thanks, i realized they had done charities doubling whatever someone else had given and i knew the charities had gotten some honorable mentions.

    Couldn't imagine they were making all that money from selling T-shirts you know?

    Just to clarify, this doesn't happen. The only stuff the guys will mention that is paid is the PA Presents stuff. Otherwise it's all just their opinion and personal commentary.

    Yeah, in fact, in one of the podcasts they talk about how Tycho's afraid that talking about how good a game is and then selling ad-space for that game will make their original conversation seem mercenary.

    I don't think they've ever specified their net worth, but in one article I remember Gabe mentioning that he drives a Mercedes.

    I don't know if I should, but I actually believe Khoo about PA. It seems they're very aware the weight their words carry and try to be "fair and balanced."

    I've been curious about the Greenhouse stuff a few times, and where the money is there. After Tycho talked about how amazing Spectromancer was I bought it on his word alone. I will definitely not ever be buying a Greenhouse game again, because there's no way you could recommend that game in good faith.

    It's pretty well known that Gabe's and (particularly) Tycho's taste in games isn't perfect and isn't for everyone.
