So I was having some artifacts when I ran Oblivion and I downloaded the newest drivers I could find from nvidia for my 6150 se nforce 430, the embedded graphics card on my motherboard. I googled the first problem and thought that would solve it. I did this before work and I got back and had this problem when I booted up after installing them after work. I didn't play freespace 2 for a while and when I finally did, it ran REALLY slow. Almost unplayable once the action heated up.

How do I roll back what happened?

I had this same problem, but it turned out to be bad ram on the video card. My 8800 was doing fine, then I loaded demigod, played a game, and wham, artifacts followed by bluescreen with that exact problem.

A day later its so bad that it blue screens just sitting at the desktop for 3 minutes.

I just replaced the video card with a new one, no problems now.
