The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
So, last night I updated my graphics driver (nvidia geforce 7600, win xp), which I probably haven't done in like two years and wouldn't have done now except I got into the ChO beta and it would keep giving me messages that my drivers needed to be updated. So.
I've uninstalled the old drivers and installed the new, but I think I must've missed a step. The screen refresh is kinda bad (when I scroll, it sort of jumps to a spot rather than smoothly scrolling) and occasionally the screen will go black for a second. Don't think it's actually using the card and/or drivers. Trying again got the same result. Is there something I missed, or should I just try finding an older driver version to go back to?

But yeah, it shouldn't be doing that. Are you sure you got the right driver for your card/OS?
The version you should be getting is 182.50, dated April 2.
