I recently bought a 40gb ps3 off ebay,
my problem?
It doesn't read blurays or games. I managed to get Killzone 2 and a dvd to work briefly but since then no dice.
I've tried formating it, power cycling it, and updating it but no luck.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated

What's the error code? Because if it's like 6001008 that's like the one where you need to get a new HD, at least in my experience
No message persay, i just put a disc in and it never pulls it up.
