Batch Deskewing PDFs in Acrobat 8 Pro or other programs

Hi ever-helpful H/A board! Here's a quickie for anyone who can help:

I need some suggestions on a method of deskewing a directory full of PDFs (100+). Heretofore I have been using the "Optimize Scanned PDF" function in Acrobat 8 Pro, but as great as it is, I can't seem to find a way to get it into a batch process. I've played around with A-PDF, but it has a nasty habit of screwing up otherwise normal (unskewed) PDFs. Same goes double for AutoImager.

So, any of you awesome people know A) How to run the Optimize Scanned PDF function as a batch process, and B) any recommendations on software that can do this without messing up otherwise acceptable PDFs?

Thanks!
