Newegg keeps sending me order cancelled emails

So I keep getting emails from newegg and they are empty. There is no text and little to no data except for the details on when it was sent.
The first came at 5-12 at 5:18am
The second came 5-13 at 5:25am
The thing is that I haven't bought anything since May 7th and that is already in the mail. I tried chatting with customer service but he kept asking for the sales data.
Scratch that, its been delivered. Just need to get it from the P.O. box.
So I am a little worried that something is wrong with my account, any advice?
