Sound effects while Podcasting

So, I am on a Mac.

I call in to a few podcasts on talkshoe.com. I want to be able to play a sound clip and have it come through on the call, instead of through my speakers, so the others on the call can hear the sound, so I don't have to hold my headset mic up to the speaker. I want to be able to be in the chatroom at the same time.

Anybody know how to go about doing this?

Does TalkShoe let you select the audio-in device?

If so, Soundflower.
